Exploring the Word

Living in Jesus what we want to do everyday

Investing in Faith is our First Communion day retreat for 4th graders on up. Students learn the story of the Passover, the Last Supper, and what it means to receive communion. They then have their first communion together on Palm Sunday.

Foundation Building and Exploring the Word is a two-year program for students 5th grade and above. The years alternate between a year of laying a faith foundation in our loving Triune God with a year of exploring the Bible. In this year we guide students into the discovery of the living, active, powerful word of God, and encourage them to build a lasting relationship with the Living Word!

A day retreat is held in the fall and one in the winter. These retreats are an important part of faith building as well as building relationships with one another.
